Guardian Angel Program
| The
Northwoods Chapter of the Ninety-Nines supports their Future Women
Pilots through a program called the Guardian Angel Program. Ninety-Nine
members are matched with Future Women Pilots to support her, guide her,
praise her, console her and direct her to answers to her questions if
the Ninety-Nine cannot answer her.
Studies have shown that with a "mentoring" program, the success rate of
students is far greater than without one. No one should feel that they
are going through this process of learning to fly alone.
We want to do everything within our power to
have our Future Women Pilots join the special rank of PILOT!
